The Latymer Restaurant at Pennyhill Park is a long established fine dining venue with a totally traditional interior. Our brief was to contemporize the rooms whilst retaining the historical environment for which the restaurant is renowned.

Taking inspiration from the surrounding grounds, fixed seating was re-upholstered in rich greens and oranges and glass screens were installed, etched with a contemporary floral design. An existing bar was removed to form an intimate private dining space and we added a causal lounge with a central bespoke champagne stand and rich embroidered silk curtains to create a more contemporary environment. Large chandeliers in white gold and bronze were added and an existing marquetry table was refurbished to its former glory, now the centre piece to the restaurant.
