An elegant five star country house hotel on the oustskirts of the city of Winchester. The Drawing Room project is the first phase of our refurbishment and redevelopment programme.

The Drawing Room at Lainston House is famed for its afternoon tea service. We were asked to create a light and airy room maximising the seating for guests. The hotel is traditional in its style, and our brief was to maintain this whilst adding contemporary colours and accessories.

We selected a colour palette of soft blues, creams and chocolates accented by vibrant turquoise and lime green. The final scheme was an eclectic mix of old and new and decorated for Christmas by our sister company Mes Jolies Fleurs - it is a delight to the senses.
