Nicholas Hollinshead Interiors was established in 1985 to provide interior design and consultancy services to the hotel and hospitality industry. Since this time we have been involved with most of the major hotel groups and many prestigious projects within the independent sector.

For many years the practice has been recognised for traditional and classical interiors. Our style has always been elegant and timeless and recently, in response to market demand, we have added a contemporary twist to our designs with the use of modern architectural materials and distinctive fabrics.

In 2000 the practice were winners in the prestigious European Hotel Design Awards for their refurbishment of The Honiley Court Hotel in Warwickshire and in 2006 were

finalists in the same awards for the design of the recently opened Forbury Hotel in Reading, which has received acclaim throughout the hospitality industry. In 2006 we also diversified into the gaming industry, designing the first Ladbrokes Casino at The Paddington Hilton and the largest casino currently in the UK, ‘Manchester 235’ for London Clubs International.

Our attention to detail is paramount and we take great pride in the quality of furnishings, materials and workmanship that we provide and specify. Our whole team is involved in every project, ensuring continuity throughout and whilst we respect traditional methods of design we also embrace the latest technology providing highly realistic visualizations and computerized design techniques ensuring accuracy and precision.
